Training Management

The Training Management within iNTERACT© supports both external and internal training management, with extensive tools for defining training courses and requirements. The training department will also be able to manage the learning resources definitions of their training curriculum as well as resources such as Instructors utilized for training delivery. Employees may request participation within a training offering utilizing their Internet or company intranet portal. iNTERACT©’s complete integration provides a transparent interface to performance evaluation, career planning, and succession planning.
